If the Monte Cristo at Lake Eustis Waterfront Grill had its own fan club, I'd be the president. This sandwich didn't just meet my expectations—it politely asked them to move aside while it stole the show. Crispy, cheesy, perfectly sweet and savory... I seriously considered ordering a second one before I even finished the first. And can we talk about the fries? Whoever was in charge of those deserves a standing ovation. Golden, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned so well they disappeared faster than my willpower. The food was so good I almost asked if they offered take-home emotional support Monte Cristos. Fantastic meal, great atmosphere, and worth every bite. I'll definitely be back... mostly because I'm already thinking about that sandwich.

My husband, myself, and two of our neighbors went to Lake Eustis Waterfront Grill for the first time tonight. We were greeted quickly and seated by the window with a great view of the lake. We ordered 2 appetizers, the onion rings and the Bavarian Pretzel. The onion rings were very good: fresh, crispy, and hot, but the pretzel was even better. It came out hot, soft and delicious. It came with an outstanding cheese sauce that was enjoyed by all. I ordered the sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly for me. My husband ordered the Halibut; fried which he thoroughly enjoyed, one neighbor ordered the Cowboy burger, which was huge, and the other neighbor ordered the grouper dinner; which the gentleman who seated us recommended. We all were extremely happy with our choices and agreed we would definitely be back again soon. The service was fantastic. I can't believe we had not found this gem earlier. They have an outdoor seating area as well as a tiki bar. We all had a great time.

We've been trying gator at all the local restaurants in Lake County so when our son comes, he can try it (he's a chef up in NJ) HANDS DOWN, we found it at Lake Eustis Lakefront. Fresh, tender, delicately prepared.

We visited the Lake Eustis Waterfront Grille for Mother's Day and the food was delicious! I had the grilled grouper sandwich that was incredible. The fish was fresh and the portion size was perfect. All the food came out hot and timely.

Great place. Love eating at the Tiki Bar. The Chicken sammy is awesome. And the chicken is always tender and moist. It is one or our go to's.

The lemon/pepper boneless wings are delicious! They're even better with a side of ranch dressing for dipping. I play team trivia here every week and order this quite often and have never been disappointed.
